P = Tubes with press fit oversize

Press fit tubes P
The dimensions marked P are drawn so precisely that machining of the outside diame-ter is no longer required. After pressing a P-bushing into a receiving bore with the tolerance H7, an adequate tight fit results. There is a fine finishing allowance of 0.2 mm on the inside. The bearing bushings cut from P tubes have a tube wall thickness deviation of max. +/- 5%. Therefore, they are used primarily for individually arranged bushings, which do not need to be precisely aligned.
Tolerances outside for Press fit tubes P:
up to Ø 15: +0,02/+0,04 mm
bigger than Ø 15 up to 30: +0,03/+0,06 mm
bigger than Ø 30 up to 40: +0,04/+0,07 mm
bigger than Ø 40 up to 50: +0,04/+0,08 mm
